Emeritus

Amy Soble joined the Horses Healing Hearts (HHH) Board of Directors in 2020, bringing over 25 years of expertise in strategic talent acquisition and law firm expansion. She currently leads Recruitment and Development at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, an Am Law 60 firm with over 1,100 attorneys and professionals. In this role, Amy drives the firm’s growth by recruiting and placing Non-Equity and Equity Partners, Shareholders, and Counsel across diverse practice areas nationwide. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth trajectory, both locally and nationally.

With more than 25 years of experience in the South Florida legal community, Amy has cultivated strong relationships with attorneys and community leaders locally and nationally. Her NALA certification and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Marketing from the University of Miami provide her with a unique perspective on the legal landscape and the communication strategies essential for attracting top talent. Before her tenure at Nelson Mullins, Amy founded The Legal Group, Inc., a successful legal search firm with established connections in Manhattan and Florida.

Amy’s lifelong connection to horses, rooted in her family’s thoroughbred racing and breeding business at Belmont Park, Aqueduct Racetrack, and Saratoga Springs, fuels her passionate belief in HHH’s mission. This personal understanding is deepened by the tragic loss of a family member to addiction, giving her a firsthand appreciation for the profound impact HHH can have.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is deeply committed to community involvement. She has served on numerous academic boards, sponsored legal association meetings and charitable organizations, and chaired Leads Group 2 for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce for three years. She has also completed three terms as a member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and is an active member of several Bar Associations.
